Our rate is $100 an hour, one hour minimum. After the first hour we will bill in 1/2-hour increments.

These are costs required when the refrigeration system needs opened/ repaired. These include things like: Torch charge, Vacuum pump charge, Nitrogen, etc..
We usually charge manufacturers list price for parts used.

We offer several types of service such as quarterly or bi-annual cleanings.
To insure clean and healthy ice, we will work with you to develop a plan that suits your needs.
Chances are that if your machine hasn't been serviced in the last 6 months, it is due for a cleaning. A dirty ice machine can cause food-borne illness. Some of the illnesses are caused by bacteria and some are caused by viruses.
Cleaning a machine can also extend the life of your machine
Our team will descale and sanitize the machine using food-grade cleaners. Then we will work to develop a cleaning cycle that fits your needs.
The average time spent cleaning an ice machine is about 2 hours.
Note: If your ice machine has never been cleaned or you have hard water, it can take additional hours to get it cleaned properly.
Our process is:
Each machine we clean will have a sticker with a clean date a due date. Upon request we will also put you on a cleaning cycle, in which we will call you at least 24 hours in advance.
Regular maintenance allows our technicians to discover and correct small problems before they become big problems.
Smaller repairs means cheaper parts and less time fixing the issue, which equates to less money being spent on service.
Regular maintenance cuts down on the amount of time bacteria has to grow and spread throughout your ice machine.
